Return Process

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point within 7 business days.

  Quality Review and Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned merchandise upon arrival, and once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
